Oklahoma to allow horses to be slaughtered for meat
Sat Mar 30, 2013
Originally, I was for the ban on horse slaughter in the US until I learned that the horses were then being forced and crowded into trailers to then be trucked thousands of miles without relief and frequently with injuries to Mexico where the horrid business of repeatedly stabbing the confined horse …
Jeb Bush: 'History will be kind to my brother'
Sun Mar 10, 2013
Perhaps Jeb says history will be kind to his brother because the Bushes are involved with the New World Order and it plans to rewrite history in the not-too-distant future. Ominous times are coming I fear.
Why we don't eat horse meat: It's economics

Horse slaughtering legal in US, but public won't bite
Sat Feb 16, 2013
Paul, I am glad you enlightened readers to the fact there is no humane way to kill horses in an industrial setting. The captive bolt method was developed for cattle, who have shorter necks and thus can't throw their heads around as much as longer-necked horses.
'Attempt to kill': Police in Belfast attacked as flag riots rage on

It seems a bit of a mis-nomer calling it the United Kingdom, doesn't it?
Trump calls drop in popularity survey 'total bull@!$%#'
Fri Nov 30, 2012
The Donald (aka Duck Brain) thinks 2 million twitter followers means he's popular, eh? Erroneous! Just because I follow what world creeps are doing doesn't mean I like them! I just want to stay informed on how they might adversely affect society.
The best and worst run states in America
Thu Nov 29, 2012
Actually, I was thinking the worst run "state" in America would have to be one of the states across our southern border; in the United Mexican States - yes, that's the real name, and yes, they ARE part of America. If one spends much time in the other American states one might be aware that many of …
Livestock falling ill in fracking regions
Thu Nov 29, 2012
Do we have Dick Cheney to thank for this? "Energy companies are exempt from key provisions of environmental laws." Remember, he had SECRET talks on energy at the start of Bush, the son's, administration, which I thought was extremely suspect. Why are they exempt? Lobbyists and friends in very hig …
White House Christmas tree arrives
Fri Nov 23, 2012
I'll provide a bit of NON-POLITICAL info here, having been a staffer in the White House a few decades ago. The Blue Room (as well as all first floor rooms) have 18' ceilings, so this 19' tree will be shortened a bit so it will reach from completely from floor to ceiling in the center of the room.
Broadwell, Kelley both were repeat White House visitors, official says
Fri Nov 16, 2012
Ali Weinberg's Fox-style-journalism is a disappointment, indeed! Weinberg is trying to make a story where there is none. I was a White House east-wing staffer, albeit decades ago during Nixon and Ford's administrations.
